Dina Kampmeyer, known in some circles as Lady Steam, is a data analyst by day and supergeek by night. Co-Founder of the League of Extraordinary Ladies, Dina loves nothing better than hosting craft days at her nerd commune, Nerdvana for all of her lovely lady (and gentleman) geeks. Dina often hosts panels at local cons like WonderCon, Comikaze and ComicCon and helps to organize the local steampunk community in L.A.
Cosplay and geek fashion are some of her biggest passions and she has competed in the Comikaze cosplay contest for the past 2 years. Some of her favorite cosplays to date are her steampunk Maleficent, the TARDIS and her steampunk Dalek. Next up, she’ll be experimenting with the 1940s Bombshell style with a Marvel-twist.
